My Breakfast

This is my breakfast! Last summer vacation, I stayed in America. When I lived in my host familys' house, my host mother made some breakfast. One of the breakfast is this "pop eye egg".
I missed it . I tell you how to make this.
First, I put butter in a frying pan and heat.It is under the middle of the bread in a circle. Next puts it in a frying pan.Then, I put an egg. After that, I upset it and bake it.If both sides are burnt, it is completion.It is easy to make and delicious!!

    I love these. I usually just call these "eggs in a hole". I mad a batch of these for breakfast just the other day. My kids loved them.
    Don't forget, the best way to make the hole in the bread is with a drinking glass. I like to make a side of "French Toast Circles" with the extra bits of bread.
